Rangers Focused On NPFL Title Race : Imama Amapakabo
Enugu Rangers coach Imama Amapakabo says there is still much to fight for despite his side enjoying a two-point lead at the top of the Nigeria Professional Football League.
The Flying Antelopes moved to the top position on Saturday following a 3-2 away win against Akwa United, a result Wikki Tourists failed to match in their fixture against Niger Tornadoes which ended in a 1-1 draw.
And with the season now getting to the business end, the former Enyimba assistant coach said his charges must continue to fight hard until the end of the season.
"It is a marathon and until you cross the finish line, you cannot say you have won the race," Imama said.
"So, we will continue to do our best our and see what will happen at the end of the season."
The Coal City side are seeking to win their first NPFL title in 32 years.
