The deal makes the Swedish megastar the best-paid player in France ahead of Brazilian teammate Thiago Silva.
Ibrahimovic and his superagent Mino Raiola have negotiated a bumper pay rise from €800,000 (£608,000) to €1.5m a month for the remaining period of his current contract, Le Parisien reports.
The bumper deal is reward for his scintillating form for the Qatari owned club this term that has seen him net 17 goals in 17 Ligue 1 appearances.
It is also believed that Ibrahimovic has been promised large bonuses in the eventuality of him finishing the league’s top scorer, PSG winning the Champions League or PSG winning Ligue 1.
PSG reportedly has the highest wage bill in all of sports, with the summer arrival of Argentine winger Angel Di Maria shooting the club’s average yearly salary to £5.3m.
Reports also suggest that the French champions are willing to part with €100m on Cristiano Ronaldo or €200m on Neymar in the event Ibra leaves in the summer.
