According to Marca, Atletico Madrid have increased striker Antoine Griezmann’s release clause to €80 million.
Griezmann had an amazing first season at Athletico Madrid as he scored 25 goals.
Griezmann’s exciting displays reportedly prompted the emergence of a number of suitors, including Chelsea and Bayern Munich.
The La Liga club moved to ward off interest by improving the Frenchman’s deal and Marca reports that they raised his release clause from €65m to €80m.
